1. About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of holovise.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Holovise is an operating technology venture and brand of Entry Life. It is not represented as a separate contracting company. Client work is contracted and invoiced by Entry Life Limited unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

2. Website information

The website provides general information about Holovise, its service families, selected offers, approach and contact options. Website content is not professional legal, financial, accounting or regulatory advice and should not be relied on as such.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, oblige either party to proceed, or amount to acceptance of a proposal.

3. Services and written engagements

Any engagement will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, contract or other written agreement accepted by the parties. That agreement should confirm the scope, responsibilities, price, currency, payment terms, timing, assumptions, third-party costs, intellectual-property treatment, confidentiality and any service-specific terms.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to an engagement, the separate agreement takes priority for that engagement.

4. Prices, scope and timing

Prices displayed on the website apply to the stated offer and scope and may be described as fixed or “from” prices. A “from” price is a starting price and the applicable amount depends on the confirmed scope.

Before paid work begins, the written engagement will confirm the applicable scope and commercial terms. A fixed-price offer will not be changed for its stated scope except through an agreed written change request or another written agreement between the parties.

Delivery timing starts when the required payment, access, content, approvals and other agreed inputs are complete. Client or third-party delays may move the schedule. Out-of-scope work requires a written change request covering price and timing before implementation.

5. No outcome guarantee

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a particular commercial result, revenue increase, cost saving, search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, funding outcome, adoption level, system uptime or performance of a third-party platform or artificial-intelligence service.

Technology, search engines, third-party platforms and AI-enabled systems can change or produce variable results. You remain responsible for business decisions, approvals and use of deliverables in your operating environment.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, graphics, design, brand assets and other content are owned by or licensed to Entry Life Limited. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal evaluation of Holovise services.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, remove ownership notices from, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables, pre-existing materials, third-party materials, open-source software and project files will be governed by the applicable written engagement.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems or accounts;
• introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with its operation;
• use automated means to extract content in a manner that causes harm or materially burdens the website;

The website may link to third-party websites or depend on third-party infrastructure. We do not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entry Life Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable written engagement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website or these terms.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written communication, except where urgent relief is reasonably required.
