The approach
Start with the problem, then choose the right level of help.
Holovise begins with a defined review or discovery, then proposes only the implementation and support the approved scope requires.
Workflow Fit Review — fixed US$199
Delivery System Audit — fixed US$249
Stage 01: Diagnose
We review the agreed workflow, delivery process or build need — the tools involved, the artifacts that already exist, and where work actually stalls. This is a fixed-price review, not an open-ended consulting relationship.
You receive
- Current-state map
- Bottleneck and risk map
- A written recommendation
Stage 02: Prioritise
We identify the smallest useful next step and the dependencies it relies on. Often that is one workflow or one delivery process — not everything at once.
You receive
- Prioritised next step
- Dependencies and assumptions
- A fixed quote for that step
Stage 03: Improve or build
We implement the approved scope with testing and acceptance criteria — a workflow, a client-delivery system, a website, an application or an AI-enabled product. Anything outside the signed scope needs a written change request covering price and timing before it starts.

- The agreed implementation
- Testing against acceptance criteria
- A defined failure path where automation is involved
Stage 04: Adopt
We provide the agreed walkthrough, documentation and handover so your team can run the system without us in the room.
You receive
- Team walkthrough
- Operating documentation or SOP
- Handover checklist
Stage 05: Operate and maintain
Support continues only through a separately agreed Care or operations scope, billed monthly in advance and cancellable with 30 days' written notice.
See Holovise CareYou receive
- Monitoring and triage within the agreed cap
- A regular operating review
- A written record of what changed
What affects timing
Delivery timing starts when the inputs are complete.
- Payment
- Access
- Content
- Approvals
- Complete inputs
Client or third-party delays move the schedule. Out-of-scope work requires a written change request covering price and timing before implementation.
Begin
One review. One prioritised next step.
Fixed price, paid in full before work starts, with a fixed quote for whatever comes next.
