5 Newland Grove, Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand
Email: connect@entrylife.com
In this notice, “Holovise”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Entry Life Limited operating through the Holovise brand.
2. Scope of this notice
This notice explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose personal information when you:
- visit holovise.com;
- contact us by email or telephone;
- submit an enquiry through the website; or
- otherwise communicate with us about Holovise services.
A separate agreement may apply if you become a client. That agreement may contain additional privacy and confidentiality terms relevant to the engagement.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your WhatsApp number, which the enquiry form requires;
- your company name or website;
- the service area or topic you want to discuss;
- the contents of your enquiry and later correspondence;
- your telephone number, if you provide it or call us; and
- any other information you choose to include.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, credentials, confidential production data or source code through the general enquiry form.
Technical and security information
When you access the website, our hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- requested URL;
- date and time of the request;
- referral and network information; and
- security, error and diagnostic events.
At launch, Holovise does not enable advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, session replay, Google Analytics, a tag manager or Vercel Web Analytics.
4. Why we collect and use information
We may use personal information to:
- receive, assess and respond to enquiries, including by email or WhatsApp;
- communicate with you about a potential or existing engagement;
- prepare requested information, proposals or next steps;
- operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website;
- prevent spam, abuse, fraud and security incidents;
- maintain appropriate business and communication records;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
WhatsApp is one of the channels we may use to respond to your enquiry. Submitting the enquiry form does not send your information to WhatsApp; if we reply by WhatsApp, we use the number you provided to contact you about your enquiry through the WhatsApp service.
We will not add you to a marketing list merely because you submit an enquiry. Any future marketing communication programme must use a separate, legally compliant opt-in process.
5. Required and optional information
The contact form identifies required fields. Your name, work email address, WhatsApp number, discussion topic, enquiry details and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice are required so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Company or website information is optional.
If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to submit, assess or respond to your enquiry. You can instead contact us using the email address or telephone number shown on the Contact page.
6. Who may receive information
We may disclose relevant personal information only where reasonably necessary to:
- Entry Life Limited personnel and authorised contractors who need it to respond or support the engagement;
- website hosting, security, communications and enquiry-delivery providers acting for us;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants or insurers;
- a regulator, court, law-enforcement body or other person where required or permitted by law; or
- a successor or proposed successor in connection with a genuine restructuring, acquisition or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Processing outside New Zealand
Some technology providers or authorised personnel may process information outside New Zealand. Where information is disclosed to an overseas organisation, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the disclosure is permitted and the information receives safeguards that are comparable to those required by New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks involved. These may include restricted access, encrypted transmission, server-side validation, request-size controls, origin checks, abuse controls and limiting personal information in application logs.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a privacy breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable New Zealand law, including notification obligations where the breach is likely to cause serious harm.
9. Retention
We generally retain enquiry and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may delete it earlier when it is no longer required.
If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant information may form part of the client or transaction record and may be kept for the period required by the engagement, our legitimate business-record needs, or applicable legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
Technical and security information is retained according to operational need and the retention controls of our service providers. We will not intentionally keep personal information longer than required for a lawful purpose.
10. Access and correction
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information, subject to the Privacy Act 2020.
Send requests to connect@entrylife.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If we do not make a requested correction, you may ask us to attach a statement of the correction sought to the information.
11. Questions and complaints
Please contact our Privacy Officer first so we can try to resolve your concern:
